Vidisco Ltd. ("Vidisco", or "We") is committed to protect the privacy of users who access its Website (the "Site"). 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION
1.1. Vidisco is a B2B enterprise, and as such we aim to engage companies and not individuals. We do not enter into commercial transactions through our Site.
1.2. We collect personal information only from those users who wish to interact with Vidisco and/or request for support, approaches by potential business partners and/or users the registered to our newsletter. Users that ask for information as indicated above are required to provide personal information such as full name, country, e-mail address, telephone number, organization and your area of interest. By providing this information through the Site you agree that Vidisco will use your personal information for the purpose stated herein.
1.3. Vidisco may access certain Information of the Users that exists on third parties' sites such as Facebook and Linkedin. Vidisco will only access such Information if the User grants Vidisco permission to do so, such as by clicking on a link on the Site. Vidisco may use User's Information in any way consistent with this Privacy Policy.
1.4. You are entitled to demand, through a written request to Vidisco, that the information relating to you, which is used for direct mailing purposes, be deleted from Vidisco's database, or corrected, if found to be incorrect, or incomplete. You may send us such request to: marcom@vidisco.com, in which case we shall amend the erroneous data on our database, or delete the information which is used for direct mailing from the database which is used for direct mailing.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
The Site automatically receives and records information from your web browser during your access of the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, your general location and Cookies information. Such collected information is statistical in nature and does not identify the user personally. This information may be used to help us diagnose problems with our server, to track movements on the Site, perform statistical analysis by using Third Parties Services tools (such as google analytics) and gather aggregate demographic information about visitors, so we can continue to improve the Site and for other similar purposes.

3.1. Vidisco may send the user e-mails from time to time to let the user know about our projects, other news or offer services as well as professional material, marketing material and advertisements. 8. RETENTION OF INFORMATION
8.1. Vidisco may delete stored Information of any type mentioned above, from time to time in its sole discretion. The company is not responsible to any loss of Information and the Users will have no claim and/or suit and/or demand against Vidisco.
8.2. We may retain in our files information you have requested to be removed from the direct mailing databases for certain purposes, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce the Site's terms and conditions, for the period of time permitted by law. You acknowledge that such information may be completely removed from our databases only after such period has elapsed, due to technical and legal constraints, including stored ‘back up' systems.
