ABOUT VIDISCO

Mr. Ohad Milo brings to Vidisco more than twenty years of executive management experience in both the Defense, Aerospace, and Civilian industries. Before joining Vidisco, Mr. Milo served as CEO at various diversified technology and electronics driven companies such as TAT Technologies, Elbatech group (a subsidiary of IAI), and at TMC Systems, a start-up company. Mr. Milo holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Technion.

Mr. Alon Feldman brings extensive sales experience to Vidisco. Prior to joining the company, he served as Director of International Sales at EarlySense. Alon previously served in commercial operations and marketing roles at General Electric and Philips. Alon has a BA in Civil Engineering from Universidad Javeriana, in Bogota, Colombia.

Mr. Alon Flieder started out as a Projects Leader in the R&D group of the Medical Imaging Innovation Laboratory at the Samsung Research Center and participated in developing imaging panels. Alon has a BSc in Physics and Mathematics, and a Masters in Applied Physics with specialization in microelectronics; his thesis focused on the physics of nuclear radiation detectors. Alon actively serves in the IDF Border Police reserve unit.

Mr. Gilad Barid is Vidisco's VP of Operations, responsible for purchasing, logistics, production, and quality control. Mr. Barid was the supply chain manager at the Heliofocus startup, before arriving at Vidisco. Gilad handled more than 100 vendors and subcontractors around the world and oversaw millions of dollars' worth of contracts. Gilad has a BEd in English and education, Achva Academic College. Gilad served as an aircraft mechanic instructor in the IDF air force.

Mrs. Adi Itzcovich brings to Vidisco more than 15 years of financial management experience in global hi-tech companies. Before joining Vidisco, Mrs. Itzcovich served in a financial management position at various hi-tech and start-up companies such as Mellanox Technologies (acquired by Invidia), Tadiran Telecom (a subsidiary of Afcon), Cognni (a start-up company) and PricewaterhouseCooper (PWC) Israel. Mrs. Itzcovich holds a B.A in economics and accounting from Haifa University, in the process of finalizing an MBA with a specialty in AI & Big data from Reichman University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Mr. Reuven Mozes brings to Vidisco more than 18 years of experience in technical support, in the defense and civil industries. Before joining Vidisco, Mr. Mozes served as a senior technical support leader in various automation solutions, electronics and computing companies. such as Unitronics, Tadiran Systems and Galaxy Technologies. Mr. Mozes has a B.A degree in Social Sciences (psychology, sociology economics) from the Open University and various diplomas in the field of PLC's, computers and networks (MCSA Certifications).
